Refund policy
Every analysis comes with a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders.

1. Refund period
If you are not satisfied with an analysis, you can request a full refund within thirty (30) days of delivery. The guarantee applies to one analysis per company and to all customers regardless of company form.
2. How to request a refund
Request a refund at paddle.net or contact us at hello@profitlensconsulting.com with your company name and a short description of why the result fell short. Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders, carries out the refund to the payment method used at purchase.
3. Exclusions
The money-back guarantee does not cover consulting work performed as an add-on, such as an executive presentation or a consultant-led workshop.
This version describes the Azure EU configuration. It takes effect for the main service when that configuration is released; an unpublished draft does not change the published terms. These documents should be reviewed by legal counsel before use in contract negotiation.
